To whom it may concern, I am writing to recommend Francine Fox, currently of Fox Adjusters, LLC as a candidate for your company. I have worked with Francine for two and a half years in my position as the Property Manager for Ashford Park Townhomes HOA. Francine’s worked as our Public Adjuster on an insurance claim that the HOA was not getting any type of leeway or response from our current insurance company.
We had families not able to live in their homes as the insurance company was denying their claims. We knew it wasn’t right, that we had legitimate claims and these big insurance companies were just going to push it aside and do nothing. Francine knew we were not being treated correctly and told us she was going to fight for what was right. Francine stepped in and took charge requesting engineering inspections, made roofers come out to do estimates versus what the insurance adjusters had already done. She was phenomenal walking the property over and over and spending time meeting with individual homeowners, taking pictures and pointing out damages and everything that needed to be fixed. She met with our Board of Directors to clearly explain all the ins and outs, the gray areas and what she can and cannot do and what is right and what is wrong. In the end Francine made sure that everyone understood and had a clear vision of what really was happening.
Francine fought for us for almost 2 years until we were able to obtain a settlement where her clients all got what was rightfully owed to them. She helped 158 families fix everything that needed to be fixed. Francine knows what is right and what is wrong and she will fight 100% to get people what they need. We would have not been able to do this without Francine’s hard work and dedication. I have no doubt Francine would be a valuable asset to your company and I give my highest recommendation.
